Bethany Breaux Percle

Bethany joined the firm in 2023, where she practices in various areas including construction litigation, commercial litigation, real estate, and commercial transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Bethany’s practice included medical malpractice, general liability, and insurance defense litigation.

Bethany served as a two-term judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge A. Gerard Caswell for the 27th Judicial District Court in St. Landry Parish.

She received her J.D. from Loyola University College of Law. While attending law school, Bethany served as a judicial extern at the Louisiana Supreme Court to Justice James T. Genovese. Bethany was awarded the Gillis Long Poverty Law Center Social Justice and Public Service Award and the St. Thomas More Public Service Award in recognition of her dedication to public service. She also received the highest grade in her legal research and writing and real estate transaction courses. Bethany graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Psychology.

Bethany is currently admitted to practice in all state courts in Louisiana. She is also admitted in all Louisiana Courts of Appeal, all Louisiana federal courts, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Louisiana Supreme Court. Bethany is a member of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana State (Construction Section), and American Bar (Construction Forum), and the Fifth Federal Circuit Associations.
