Will represents both commercial banks and private lenders in loan workout and litigation. His commercial litigation experience has also involved representing closely held corporations and limited liability companies in connection with general business disputes.
Will has represented individuals and closely held businesses in federal, state and local tax disputes relating to income, sales, and property tax. He also has litigation experience in property law, including the enforcement of property restrictions, and zoning and planning contests.
He earned his J.D., cum laude, in 2019 from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he received the CALI awards in estate planning and federal income taxation. Will served as a senior editor of the board of the LSU Journal of Energy Law & Resources, and he was a junior graduate editor of the Journal of Civil Law Studies. Additionally, Will was a research assistant to Professor Olivier Moreteau while in law school.
A Baton Rouge native, Will is a 2012 graduate of Episcopal High School. He obtained his B.A. in History with a minor in Business Administration from LSU in 2016. In college, Will was the fundraising director for Dance Marathon at LSU, which raised money for Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital.
