Taylor Porter Employment, Labor and Benefits Practice Group Leader,Vicki Crochet, and her daughter, Kate Cusimano, recently provided their presentation focused on Deaf Culture and American Sign Language (ASL) to a group of local attorneys. Kate, who is Deaf, and Vicki, provided important insights regarding Deaf Culture, ASL, language access in Louisiana courts and the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
